From the deep South, as you will detect by his accent, Gus has over 35 years of experience in the services which he offers. Having learned his skills through the years he has an "old school" mind set toward his work and his clients. With 10 of those years being in apartment management and maintenance he possesses social and maintenance skills which are valuable assets to the services which he offers.
